We hope you love your Estudio Erya pieces, but if you’re not completely satisfied, you have the right to cancel your order and return your items within 14 days of delivery, as per German and EU law.
To initiate a return, please email us at hello@estudioerya.com with your order number, the items you would like to return and their respective reason for the return.
Conditions for Returns:
- Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all packaging.
- Customized or personalized pieces are non-refundable.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Return Shipping Costs:
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- If the item was damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
