What’s This Workshop About?

In this intimate, beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll design and build a cohesive 3-piece ceramic set inspired by your ideal gathering. Think trays, bowls, plates, stands, candle holders, whatever makes your next hosting experience feel a little more you.

Across three personalized sessions, I’ll guide you through the full process: from sketching ideas to shaping, texturing, refining, and glazing. We’ll talk about how to make your pieces practical and beautiful, and how to create a set that feels intentionally designed and uniquely yours. You’ll have freedom to explore while working within a supportive structure.

Even if you decide ceramics isn’t your forever medium, you’ll walk away with design thinking skills you can apply to any creative pursuit—understanding form, function, and how to bring harmony to a set of objects.

What You’ll Learn:

• How to design & shape a cohesive set of items
• Basics of hand-building techniques (no wheel!)
• Adding interest through texture
• Refinement & glazing

All materials & tools provided. Materials, tools, and firings are included in the price of the workshop.
